Course Description
Our training is delivered by an organisational psychologist, in a series of interactive workshops, case studies and practical exercises. We explore theoretical concepts and also offer practical tools and actionable strategies that leaders can implement straight away. Depending on the length of the course, modules covered can include;
- Building cultural competence
- Creating inclusive teams
- Inclusive leadership communication
- Equity and allyship
