Mia joined the WorkJuggle team in April 2022. Mia is a learning and development professional with experience in a variety of organisations, from medical device to FMCG, not-for-profit and education.
Mia found an unconventional path into learning and development, starting her professional life in social care. The common thread throughout Mia’s career has always been her passion for helping people develop. Mia’s most recent qualifications have been in learning and development, personal and business coaching, and mindfulness.
As well as discovering mindfulness, Mia also used her time during a career break to focus on her lifelong interest in nutrition and personal wellbeing, as well as challenging her creative side on a few ‘messy’ but rewarding home projects.
Aoife has spent fifteen years working with the blue chip companies, LinekdIn and Oracle. Working in sales and marketing, Aoife has worked and trained large scale EMEA wide sales teams. From San Francisco to London and Dublin, Aoife has driven the early adoption of social selling and innovative inbound marketing techniques to mobilise teams for success.
Aoife enjoys applying her experience of working with large companies to help spread the great work of WorkJuggle, promoting the ethos of flexible work for everyone.
After procrastinating for a good ten years, Aoife finally submerged herself into the Irish sea and started sea swimming in the Irish winter during the pandemic. When not waiting to get feeling back into her fingers, her idea of a dream Saturday night is rearranging furniture and painting a cream wall as bright a colour as her family will allow!
